A special lecture on the topic ‘Human Rights’ was conducted at Guru Nanak College, Batala under the smooth management of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Sri Amritsar Sahib by Prof. from Political Science Department of Sikh National College, Kadia.
